Processing time

Every order is made and packed by hand in small batches in Calgary, Alberta. Please allow 5 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. Custom-colour concrete pieces may need up to one extra week for curing.

Shipping

Orders ship from Calgary, Alberta. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your parcel. Fragile pieces are packed with foam cushioning in a double-walled box. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns & exchanges

Because our products are handmade personal-care and décor items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, something is missing or anything is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund.
