Soak
Dissolve a few spoonfuls of mineral bath salts in warm water. Breathe deeply and let tired muscles unwind for fifteen minutes.

Polish
Massage the body scrub onto damp skin in slow circles, then rinse. Salt and sugar lift away dryness while the oils remain.

Warm a few drops of body oil — or a little balm — between your palms and press into still-damp skin.
